Community Reports

Safer supplies, together.

When a device fails, how do you know if it's bad luck — or a bad lot? Community Reports lets users anonymously flag failures by lot number, right from their dashboard. As reports pile up against a specific lot, Stash looks for patterns of device failures and, if necessary, alerts users to affected lots in their inventory to keep an eye out for the same issues. All before manufacturers acknowledge a problem.

How it works

1

Flag

One swipe from your dashboard records the failure, sending the lot number and any relevant information to a secure database. No personal data ever leaves your device.

2

Detect

When the same lot starts failing across the community, Stash spots the pattern. Reports are weighed against successful sessions — so signal earns its place.

3

Alert

If a lot in your stash crosses the threshold, you get a notice letting you know what other users are experiencing. Together, we can build a safety network to keep the community informed.

Better transparency. Better accountability. Safer supplies for everyone.
